Account Deletion Policy

Users may request deletion of their account at any time.

What gets deleted

Deleting an account permanently removes:

• profile
• organizations owned by the user (unless transferred)
• projects
• requirements
• generated documents
• uploaded meeting transcripts

Deleted information cannot be recovered.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days.

Legal Retention

We may retain limited information where required for:

• fraud prevention
• legal obligations
• financial records
