ScopeGuard AI Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ScopeGuard AI ("ScopeGuard", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. About ScopeGuard
ScopeGuard is an AI-powered Requirements Intelligence Platform designed to assist Product Managers, Business Analysts, software agencies, and project teams with:
- Requirement extraction
- Requirement review
- Scope baseline generation
- PRD, BRD and SOW generation
- Scope change analysis
- AI-assisted project documentation
ScopeGuard assists decision-making but does not replace professional judgement.
3. Beta Status
ScopeGuard is currently provided as an Early Access Beta.
Features may change. Outputs may contain inaccuracies. Users should review AI-generated content before relying on it.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate information
- use the platform lawfully
- only upload content you own or have permission to use
- review AI-generated outputs before sharing them with clients
You must not:
- upload malicious code
- attempt to attack the platform
- misuse AI services
- attempt unauthorized access
5. AI Generated Content
ScopeGuard uses AI models to assist with analysis.
AI outputs may contain:
- inaccuracies
- omissions
- incorrect assumptions
Final responsibility remains with the user.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of:
- transcripts
- meeting notes
- requirements
- project documents
ScopeGuard owns:
- software
- branding
- UI
- source code
- algorithms
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or outages may occur.
8. Limitation of Liability
ScopeGuard shall not be liable for:
- project delays
- financial losses
- incorrect project estimates
- business decisions based on AI output
Use the platform at your own discretion.
9. Termination
We may suspend accounts that:
- abuse the platform
- violate these terms
- threaten system security
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
